What if you could learn to use your body as a conductor of sensuality, joy, flow, and magnetism?

EMBODY is a delicious dive into embodying your true, soulful, feminine nature.

Over 2 days, you will reconnect to the ancient energy of the tantric, feminine temples, as well as intentionally focussing on harnessing the energy that arises as we welcome in Spring.

Experience guided movement, sensual dance & embodiment practices, tantric teachings, nature celebration, powerful ritual and ceremony, visual and poetic expression, rest and rejuvenation, and a sisterhood of like-mined women to connect with.

Are you ready to reclaim your authentic pleasure and creative fire?

We live in a world that has little understanding of the unique power of feminine magic.

Most women's lives and careers are based on an outdated masculine model of over-doing and under-being.

In our modern, fast paced world, we have become disconnected to our bodies and our pleasure.

The feminine realm is that of intuition, flow, ritual, mystery, connection, play, dance and creative juice.

When feminine movement and Tantra come together there’s a reclamation of our authentic pleasure and creative fire.

Through gentle guidance, you will find the satisfaction of surrendering through your body and learning to trust its innate wisdom.

Tools & Practices to Embody the Feminine:

Over two days, you will learn how to:

  • Connect with the energies of nature’s cycles through movement, ritual and sisterhood

  • Find a deeper connection to your body and come into greater pleasure and satisfaction.

  • Experience the deep fulfilment of being your own source of joy, sensuality, acceptance and love

  • Move stagnant or tense energy through your body by performing a somatic (body based), energetic ‘spring clean’.

  • Develop greater capacity to stay in your body’s pleasure bliss and ease, even when the modern world wants to pull you away from this.

  • Tune into the intuitive wisdom of your womb (*if participants don’t have a physical womb, they can work with the energetic womb)

  • Discover how your sexual energy can unlock keys for deeper movement and expression

  • Transform past patterns to live in the loving openness of your heart and body

  • Use the power of creativity and imagination to uncover a vision for your next 3 months.

  • Dance and move like no one is watching!

  • Awaken your energetic and sensual body, releasing old patterning around sex and sensuality, learning what prevents you from setting healthier boundaries, and reclaiming your erotic power.

  • Experience the safety and recalibration of a sisterhood that is supportive and uplifting.

  • Commit to an ongoing daily morning and evening movement practice that supports you to truly show up for yourself, honours your body and deepens your inner union (relationship to self)

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR:

This weekend is for any woman who deeply desires to connect to their heart and sensuality, to being their own source of joy, sensuality, acceptance, and love and to connect authentically to a sisterhood of other women. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

This event welcomes both cis and trans women, as well as non binary people who are comfortable in a space that centres the experience of women. If you have any questions about this, please do get in touch.

You don’t need any dance or movement experience to participate in this workshop. Unlike some dance tuition, there are no “steps” to learn, or ways you can do it wrong. We will be working with feminine movement and embodiment practices that leads you deeper into your intuition, your sensuality, and your essential nature.

I invite your full participation in activities during the weekend, however, your level of participation is completely up to you. You are not forced to do anything you do not wish to do, and I encourage personal freedom and self-love first and foremost. Boundaries are honoured first and foremost, and as a facilitator I am incredibly passionate about creating safe and accessible spaces for this kind of work.

WORKSHOP BREAKDOWN:

~ SATURDAY: Soften Into The Body ~

As the light and warmth slowly returns as we move out of the Winter months, we allow it to melt away any dormant or old energy, and step into the illuminating light of Spring – embracing new beginnings, planting seeds of intention and nurturing our bodies with presence and movement.

On Day One you will:

  • Connect with a circle of women in sacred space, honouring the ancient tradition of women who gather

  • Honour the changing of the seasons and learn about the Pagan Wheel of the Year, in particular the celebrations of Litha - The Summer Solstice (Dec 21), which prepare us for the coming season of Summer.

  • Learn how movement can be a gateway to the emotional and sensual body and move from a place of pleasure, rather than discipline and force via the feminine movement practice of Qoya.

  • Explore ways to safely hold yourself in times of distress and discomfort, by working with the nervous system to energetically bring your body, mind and spirit back to a state of ease and rest.

  • Deepen into your body’s feminine wisdom and intuition via energetic meditations with the womb and Yoni (Sanskrit for vagina).

  • Learn about the tradition of Ancient Temple Dance and explore how this moves through your own body

  • Connect to your Authentic Feminine Bliss via beautiful ritual and ceremony.

~ SUNDAY: Ignite the Fire Within ~

Having allowed ourselves to soften into our bodies, we step into Day Two with the spirit of inspiration, creativity and abundance as we work with the energy of Litha and the goddesses of love and fertility including Litha, Freya and Venus.

On Day Two you will:

  • Begin with a simple Litha ritual connected to Mother Earth.

  • Tap into your intuitive creativity through vision boards and the ‘3-Card Story’.

  • Access and awaken your inner creative fire through a Qoya Feminine Movement class, where you will dance and weave into reality, your visions and dreams for the next 3 months of Spring.

  • Expand your understanding of feminine pleasure, sexual conditioning & scripts, and the concept of Sacred Sexuality through Tantric teachings and discussion.

  • Reclaim your erotic power through the power of Temple Dance (and learn one of the key principles - there is no way you can do this wrong, if you follow what feels good in your body!)

  • Engage in the ritual of a Goddess Temple Ceremony where you will experience the true power of the feminine, in her heart, pleasure, connection and love.

  • Commit to a daily practice, following the weekend, so you can continue to practice the tools and teachings for the coming months.

YOUR FACILITATOR - ERIN FOWLER

EMBODY is guided by Erin Fowler – a professional dancer, musician, and facilitator of Tantra and feminine movement practices.

Erin is soft yet powerful and has a depth of wisdom that comes from over 20 years of experience in a wide range of movement modalities, including contemporary dance, ballet, kung fu, tai chi, Qoya feminine movement, and erotic dance.

Erin has been studying and working with Chantelle Raven and the Embodied Awakening Academy for the last 7 years, including training in their 12-month Tantra Practitioner program, of which she is now the Training Manager for. Through private mentorship with Chantelle Raven, she has immersed herself in the teachings and practices of Tantra, to embody the synthesis of Psychology, Philosophy and Shamanism with Tantra, that the Academy is renowned for.

Immersed in the feminine arts, Erin has performed and choreographed international award-winning Fringe and festival shows, toured as a professional musician, regularly facilitates Qoya and women’s circles, and is a Lead Teacher & Facilitator with the Embodied Awakening Academy through highly sought after Tantra and embodiment workshops.

Erin is on a mission to inspire and support women to express who they are through their bodies, to come into deeper self-acceptance and sensual expression, and to find liberation through the power of movement and ritual.

She brings a depth of compassion and understanding to those she works with, alongside a down to earth sense of humour and delight

FAQs

Q: How intimate do the practices get?

A: There is no nudity or genital touch any of our events. There will be some paired and group connection exercises on day 2, where you can explore the safety and connection of sisterhood. This is done in a respectful and tasteful way with people deciding on what level of connection they would like, within the agreed boundaries of the space and of the pair. Sensual energy is welcome, however, not necessary, and you are encouraged to explore within your own comfort level.

Q: Is this program suitable for CIS-gendered people only or do you welcome non-binary and trans folks?

In this workshop, we use the word woman for any person who identifies as a woman, regardless of their assigned sex at birth.

We fully welcome and celebrate trans women and non-binary people to join this workshop. We acknowledge that gender is non-binary, fluid, and on a spectrum and support each individual’s right to live in alignment with their gender identity.

That being said, we also acknowledge that the majority of our work and teachings come from heteronormative teachers and traditional Tantric systems. As a result, a significant amount of the language used in the program is heteronormative and/or gendered. For example, for this workshop, we focus on the experience of women and the energy of ‘the feminine’. We also refer to the feminine energy centres of the Womb and Yoni (participants can focus on the energetic centres as an alternative to the physical).

The "Masculine" and "Feminine" energy archetypes are a key concept within the Tantric field related to the concepts of Shiva and Shakti. While these energies are present in all genders, as part of this part of the workshop, we acknowledge and explore the impact of gender conditioning, as part of a bigger conversation around cultural and social conditioning of women and the female body, as well as in discussions around sexual polarity from a Tantric perspective.

Our desire is to be as inclusive of trans and non-binary folks as possible. If you are non-binary or trans, feel into what you need to be safe. If you’re okay working with practices that refer to “Women” and the Feminine, and you feel supported to navigate and make the content applicable to your personal identity, then we wholeheartedly welcome you. However, if that doesn’t feel like enough safety or acknowledgment, we understand and respect that.

Q: Is this workshop inclusive of all sexualities?

We fully welcome all sexual identities, orientations and choices in this workshop. We fully embrace and celebrate LGBTQIA+ sexuality and want it to be fully included in Tantric work. In this workshop, it doesn’t matter what your sexual orientation is.

However, as above, we acknowledge that at times the teachings and language we use is heteronormative. We are committed to learning and increasing the accessibility of our work, and our desire is to be as inclusive of all sexualities as possible. If you feel okay and safe about being in a space that works with the above language and concepts, then we fully welcome you along.
